Run inline anywhere
⌃⌘G · ⌃⌘T · ⌃⌘/Three lines, three global shortcuts. Select the first line — fix grammar. Select the second — translate to English. Select the third (prefixed with //) — run a one-shot custom prompt. The result pastes back where the cursor is, in any app.
Chain prompts across providers
⌃⌘C → R B → T F → ⌘CA rough draft typed into Gmail: rewrite for business tone, then translate to Finnish, then paste back into the same message. Every step lives in history — branch off if you want a different turn.
Analyze any selection on the web
⌃⌘⌥T → A SOpen a Finnish news article, highlight a paragraph, translate it to English, then condense it into a short summary — all without leaving the browser tab.
OCR images, then keep going
⇧⌘2 → T E → A SCapture a region of the screen. Vision recognises the text on-device, drops it in the panel, then you can translate, summarise, or branch — same pipeline, no copy-paste.
Two modes. Both ridiculously fast.
Use a single hotkey for one-shot fixes, or chain prompts together for the full pipeline. ClipSlop lives in your menu bar; you live in your editor.
Inline Run
Bind any prompt to a global hotkey. ClipSlop captures the selection, transforms it, pastes it back — entirely in the background.
Full pipeline
Need more than one step? Drill through the prompt tree with single-key mnemonics. Every result is saved as a step you can branch from.
Branch & revisit
Hit ↑/↓ to walk the whole transformation chain — ↑ for the next (newer) step, ↓ to revisit the previous one. Don’t like a result? Branch from any step. History is kept in-session, never on disk.
Single-key mnemonics, infinite chains.
The prompt tree is keyboard navigable. Each folder picks its prompt with a single letter. Translate to English, then rewrite for business, then format as email — three keystrokes after the trigger.
Six prompt groups. Forty-plus recipes.
Ships with a curated set out of the box. Add your own prompts and folders — each gets its own mnemonic and optional global shortcut.
The keyboard-first one. Free too.
Most AI writing tools want a subscription, a browser tab, or both. ClipSlop is a one-time download with the AI provider of your choice.
